Annual Firecracker Jubilee
Mountainair's
longest running
event, this year Jubilee falls on the
fourth instead of the traditional "Saturday before the 4th." Jubilee is an old-fashioned, small town
Independence Day celebration:
morning parade open to anyone and everything that rides, drives, walks
or rolls. Prizes for entries. The parade ends at the Mountainair
Activity Center (former Campgrounds), followed by a day of fun with
BBQ, all kinds of food and beverages, games, live music, crafts,
vendors, carnival, anitique car show and more, with the traditional Fireworks at
